What is Harda

Harda is Baku's independent business guide. Hundreds of curated venues: restaurants, cafes, boutiques, salons, and other business types. Real user reviews, three languages (AZ, RU, EN), a Bakulu editorial team. Every business is reviewed by our editorial team, with on-site verification when needed. Rankings cannot be purchased by any business — the position you have is real.

Name, category, price range, hours, phone, and address — all under your control. Edits go through editorial (1–2 business days) and publish.

See analytics

How many people view your page, when reviews come in, which dishes are most searched. A free panel gives you the weekly picture.

Photo management

Upload restaurant photos, reorder, push the best ones to the top. Owner-uploaded photos get priority.

Free Harda rating badge

Put a live-rating badge on your own website. Builds customer trust and pulls extra traffic from harda.az.

Premium tools (coming soon)

Detailed marketing analytics, photographer-on-demand, reservation integration. Premium placement will NOT be introduced — ever. Rankings cannot be purchased.

Register

Fill out the form in the Owner tab. Restaurant name, your contact, proof of ownership (license or official email).

Editorial verifies

We check the proof and approve owner status. Usually 1–2 business days.

Once approved, your page is linked to your account. Edits, photos, analytics — all under your control.

Frequently asked questions

Will registration cost money?

Initial registration and core management tools are free. Premium features (marketing analytics, reservation integration, photographer on demand) will be offered in paid plans in the future. Rankings and list position will never be for sale — not now, not later.

How can I prove I'm the owner?

Three options: (1) a copy of the business license, (2) email at an official restaurant domain (info@restaurant.az), (3) a verification call to the restaurant's official number. Any one works.

Can I delete negative reviews?

No — as an owner, you cannot delete a review written by someone else. But the user who wrote the review can delete their own review at any time — entirely of their own choice, with no pressure from anyone. Your tool as an owner is the public reply: you can respond to any review and explain your perspective. Fake or rule-violating reviews (insults, personal attacks, not a real experience) are reviewed by editorial when flagged and removed if appropriate.

Can I delete all existing reviews and start fresh?

No — as an owner, you cannot mass-delete other people's reviews and "start fresh." Each review belongs to the user who wrote it: they alone decide whether to keep or delete it, of their own initiative, with no pressure. Your tool as an owner is the reply — building dialogue.

The restaurant closed — how do I remove the page?

You can mark it "Closed." Full removal goes through editorial.

My restaurant isn't on Harda yet — how do I add it?

In the Owner tab use "Add a place." Each submission is reviewed and decided by our editorial team within 48 hours. We don't visit every venue in person, but the team conducts on-site verification when needed.
